Book Mark gifts for Primary

I am the secretary in our Primary Pres. at church and  we were trying to come up with Birthday gifts for the kids that would have the Theme for the year "I know my Savior lives".   We decided to do magnetic book/scripture marks.  We have the picture of Christ with the children on the front and the 2010 Theme on the back.

We borrowed this book mark idea from one of my favorite blogs I follow http://www.controllingmychaos.com/search/label/bookmarks  She explains how to make them.
I think they turned out really cute :-)  We lamented ours so that they would be more durable.

  1. Michelle, I love this idea! I've seen those on controllingmychaos... but never thought about using them for church. Hmmm, I might just have to copy you once again!!!

I'm going to be making some for Valentine's Day soon. I can't wait because I have some waaaaaaay cute digi stuff for Valentine's Day.

  3. Hi Michelle,
I love the bookmarks! My son is in Paraguay and we would love to print and send some to him to hand out to the kids. Is there any way you could print it in Spanish? (For the non-magnetic bookmarks)
Here is the translation for "I know the Savior loves me":

Yo sé que me ama el Salavdor

Both of those patterns are so beautiful and it is such a beautiful message for the children to see when they open up their scriptures. Thanks

  4. Sorry for the typo, it should be "Salvador" not Salavdor.
