Apron

If you have been following my blog you might remember a few weeks ago I mentioned an apron I was making.  Well It has been mostly done for a long time now I just needed to add the ric-rac.  I finally finished it up today!  Yay!   I made it for my sister in law Cathy for her Birthday. And to give you an idea of how overdue this project is. Her Birthday was the 1st week of August.  Whoops! Oh well it is better late then never I always say :-) I love the colors!  They reminded me of her kitchen. I also made a couple of glass gem fridge magnets to match.  My daughter Natalie was nice enough to model it for me.  I got the pattern from McCalls.  I liked it because it had a little bit of that old fashioned look to the shape, but yet was simple to make.  I hope she likes it!
