Crafting again!

I spent the day yesterday organizing my little craft room.  I can't stand crafting in a mess so it has been a long time since I have sat down to do a project. 
This morning after the older kids went to school I could not wait to go downstairs to start creating in my clean organized craft room! what to do!  What to do!  I have had so many ideas sitting on the back burner it was hard to decide.  I finally decided that I was in the mood to paint so I pulled out my box of blank wood peg people that I had ordered in December with the thought of making a nativity set with them. This is what I came up with today though.  I like to call her Daisy May :-)

I orginally got the idea of peg people from the blog "This little Project" .  I ordered my peg people from Caseys wood products.  You can get different sizes to make a personalized family or you can make cake toppers, pendants etc.  I can't wait to paint another one! But now the kids are home from school so  I need to say goodbye to  Michelle the crafter for now and become Michelle the mom.  :-)
